I found this new cool iPhone Application that I can make use of my business. It is the expense report management application distributed by Certify.com. This software allows iPhone users to easily send their receipts from business transactions to the virtual wallet of Certify. This virtual wallet allows you to store all the receipts - digital, captured or scanned receipts. Then any time, anywhere with your PCs with internet connection can retrieve this send receipts to use for your expense reports. What I love about it is that I can easily prepare my expense reports in three easy steps.

See, the steps are so easy and you don't need to maintain a very expensive server or canned software just to perform this activity. Aside from that you can conveniently prepare all those reports without those sloppy paper works that you are always doing. How convenient right!
